Episode 42 - It's hard to select winners in golf, and Steve just landed 20/1 and 28/1 winners in consecutive weeks on the PGA Tour, via Brooks Koepka and Brandt Snedeker. Episode 41 - Steve hit the jackpot with 'Brooksy' at the PGA Championship - making it 3 Major winners across 2018 for the team. If that's not a reason to follow/subscribe we don't know what is! This week sees the PGA Tour regular season close with the Wyndham Championship as players scramble to get in the top 125 for the FedEx Cup Playoffs which start next week, with masses of players fighting to keep their playing privileges for next season. On the European Tour, Thorbjorn Olesen continues his personal quest to qualify for the Ryder Cup as he goes off a short-priced favourite in Stockholm, Sweden at the Nordea Masters.

Episode 39 - No post Open Championship blues here as we celebrate a victory for Barry with Francesco Molinari plus discuss this week's golfing action. The RBC Canadian Open is the final national Open across a busy 5-week period. Snead, Palmer, Trevino (3 times), Norman (twice), Price, Woods, Furyk and Day have all lifted the trophy, with Jhonattan Vegas going for an unlikely 3-peat at Glen Abbey this week. On the European Tour the Porsche European Open has the Masters Champion Patrick Reed, Paul Casey and Bryson DeChambeau headlining. However last year saw the tournament won by the talented Jordan Smith and Paul, Steve and Barry discuss who could take the opportunity this week to land a main-Tour title in Hamburg, Germany.

The Scottish Open is sure to be an excellent tournament this week - the latest in the 2018 Rolex Series. The PGA Tour visits the Quad Cities in Illinois, for the John Deere Classic. With the Open Championship charter flight warming-up on the airport apron at Quad City International Airport, the likes of Francesco Molinari, Zach Johnson, Steve Stricker and defending champion Bryson DeChambeau will be eyeing another PGA Tour victory at this birdie-fest.

Defending champion Jon Rahm, tournament host Rory McIlroy, Soren Kjeldsen, Mikko Ilonen, Paul Casey, and Jamie Donaldson have won recent renewals of this coveted National Open, which yet again has attracted a strong field. The PGA Tour visits White Sulphur Springs in West Virginia for A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier. This tournament has seen big priced winners up until this point, with Xander Schaulffele winning his maiden PGA Tour victory here last year.

Episode 34 - Late June and July sees the European Tour in the ascendency with 3 great Rolex Series events in the build-up to the Open Championship. French, Irish and Scottish Open titles are up for grabs, with this week's Open de France kicking-off preceedings. Played at Le Golf National, which will host September's Ryder Cup, a quality field including Justin Thomas will congregate just outside of Paris, to play an inland-links style course, which will be firm and fiery. The PGA Tour visits Washington D.C. for the Congressional Loans National, played at TPC Potomac. A Tiger Woods Foundation organised event, this Invitational status tournament is floundering, and the field depth is poor with only Rickie Fowler, Marc Leishman and Tiger himself attending from the marquee category.

The Travelers Championship is always a popular stop-off and at the top of the market we have Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Patrick Reed and Shinnecock champion Brooks Koepka. TPC River Highlands in Hartford, Connecticut is a stock, parkland par-70 with Bentgrass Poa Annua greens. A Pete Dye design, ball-strikers tend to dominate. In Cologne, Germany the BMW International Open attracts the likes of U.S. Open runner-up Tommy Fleetwood, Sergio Garcia, Thomas Pieters and Martin Kaymer. Golfclub Gut Lärchenhof is the perfect spot for high-class greens in regulation monsters so expect the likes of Fleetwood, Kaymer and Gagli to feature.
